Inner Space KC is a yoga, movement, and healing arts studio located in midtown Kansas City. The studio offers classes that integrate both traditional and contemporary practices of yoga, movement, meditation, and martial arts. In addition to its programming, Inner Space leases space to eleven commercial tenants, including healers, artists, coaches, musicians, specialty retailers, and four hair and esthetician salons as well as contracting with local non-profits. Functioning both as a wellness studio and a collaborative collective, Inner Space KC fosters community by bringing together diverse practitioners and encouraging the cross-pollination of their work.
